Spicy Meregarita

If you know me, you know I’ll never say no to a spicy marg. I had one of the best tequila cocktails in Moab from the Epic Bar at Sorrel River Ranch and was determined to recreate the simple & delicious concoction in time for Cinco de mayo!

Spicy Meregarita

What you need (per drink):

1 ounce Honey Syrup (equal parts honey + hot water)

½ jalapeno sliced

1 ounce fresh lime juice

2 ounces silver tequila

1 ounce grand mariner or triple sec

ice

What you do:

  1. Stir equal parts honey and hot water together to make honey syrup

  2. Muddle jalapeno in shaker and add tequila, lime juice, grand mariner, and honey syrup

  3. Add ice and shake shake shake

  4. Pour over glass with ice

  5. Garnish with additional jalapeno and enjoy : )
