Besides my new unhealthy addiction to TikTok, I have been loving Youtube lately. Three of my favorite people to watch are Julia Havens, Sivan Alya and Viviane Audi. While you are at it, please check out my own newly launched youtube channel!! I am super excited to start experimenting with video content and would greatly appreciate it if you showed your support by subscribing. Check out my first VLOG below and another new video going will go up on Monday!! : )

Ironically just days before starting to go to therapy for the first time in my life I started reading the book, “Maybe You Should Talk To Someone” written by psychotherapist Lori Gottlieb. The memoir portrays the difficult time Gottlieb had in professional and personal life and it has been highly entertaining on my commute to/from work.

Also, if you are thinking about therapy this article from NPR is a great resource.

What should I read next!?

I love The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast for the extremely diverse guests they bring on and every episode is either wildly entertaining and funny and/or extremely educational. The episode with Ben Greenfield is definitely the latter. They discuss the harmful electric waves all our wifi / bluetooth devices put off, how to bio hack yourself to be a better sleep, and he mentioned several times the in depth hormone test that I actually JUST got my results back from! I have a sticky note full of quotes from the episode and plan on listening to it again because of how much value was jam packed into this one episode. Link to the episode is here.

I go to acupuncture regularly and it has become such an amazing part of my routine and something I look forward to every week. I go to help with my sleep, stress, hormone imbalance and can honestly say I feel it working. SF peeps feel free to message me for contact info of where I go! If you want to know more about acupuncture, read this article.

I have been shamelessly obsessed with Abercrombie lately. (13 year old me is so proud) One thing they are really doing right is denim. I have been on the hunt for a cool pair of “mom jeans” for eons browsing all the “best” brands and while these $180 jeans might look good on almost everyone else, they just don't work on me. I just got this pair and the fit is SO good, they also offer short / tall lengths which is amazing for shorties like me. They are currently running a promo of 30% off denim so grab them while you can!!

Most importantly, have you checked out all the latest around here?

What’s the latest in your WRLD? Any suggestions for me? I would love to hear.

xx
