I started Three Women by Lisa Taddeo during my travels over Thanksgiving and could hardly wait for my flight home where I would have hours of uninterrupted reading time.The non-fiction book covers the true stories of the sexual and emotional lives of three women from different backgrounds and regions of the US. It’s very raw and real and I think every woman should read it. : )

I kept seeing this podcast episode featured all over my favorite wellness instagram accounts and then was also told by a friend I had to listen. The podcast is Feel Better Live More by Dr. Chatter Jee, but the episode I kept hearing about is “How to Create the Life You Were Born to Live with Peter Crone”. The episode it almost 2 hours long….but definitely worth a listen!

I attended a really fun event on Wednesday night hosted at the gorgeous True Botanicals store in SF. It was a “Masterclass” with celeb makeup artist, Nikol Elaine and we used makeup from Lilah b. I posted on my instagram some of the tips & tricks I picked up and I will link that post here. I really do loveee playing with makeup and since I now wear very little on a daily basis it was really fun to go all out for the night. : )

I got to test so many amazing products from True Botanicals and Lilah b. at the event on Wednesday and ended up purchasing three things, but one stands out and is my new obsession. The Aglow Face Mist from Lilah b. is amazing. It smells so good, is super hydrating and sets makeup perfectly. Comes in two sizes and would make a great gift for a coworker, friend, or a stocking stuffer!
