Easy Chia Pudding Recipe

The easiest healthy breakfast to whip up with only a few ingredients. I am not much of a breakfast person, but on the mornings when I am looking for something easy to make I go for a smoothie or a chia pudding bowl loaded with some of my favorite toppings. This is the typical variation I use:


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (black or white seeds work, there is no taste or nutritional difference)

  • 1 cup almond milk (or oat, coconut, cashew, hemp milk etc..)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Optional toppings: granola, fresh berries, bee pollen, shredded coconut


  1. Add all ingredients (chia seeds, almond milk, optional sweetener) to bowl or jar with a lid

  2. Whisk in bowl or shake in jar to fully combine

  3. Place in fridge for 30 minutes - overnight

  4. Serve up and add some delicious toppings
